Prayer Points

In order to become fruitful in your spiritual walk you have to spend time in prayer and reading your Word. You'll find that you pray at times but no change seems to take place. Other times when you attempt to spend time in prayer, you don't know exactly what to say? Yea? Well, the only way to be confident about your prayer life is when you pray the Word!

And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us! ~1John 5:14

The prayer points are according to each book in the bible, Read each chapter before prayer, study and meditate on it, and then follow the prayer points consistently.  You will soon see such tremendous growth in your walk with Christ. Be blessed always!

1)      Make you walk in the way that pleases God

2)      Let you abstain from fornication

3)      Make you possess your body(vessel) in sanctification and honor

4)      Keep you away from defrauding others

5)      Deliver you from uncleanness into holiness

6)      Teach you how to love others

7)      Make you increase more and more in love

8)      Teach you how to be quiet, minding your own business, and work hard

9)      Let you walk in honesty

10)   Let you not lack anything, provide everything you need to fulfill your mission in life

11)   Comfort you with the truth that you will see Jesus one day

Chapter5

Ask the Holy Spirit to:

1.       Remove you from darkness that you will be ready when the day of the Lord comes

2.       Make you a child of light

3.       Keep you watchful and sober

4.       Put on you the breastplate of faith and love

5.       Put on you the helmet of hope and salvation

6.       Let you obtain salvation by your Lord Jesus Christ

7.       Make you esteem others who have worked hard in God’s kingdom, especially your pastors and leaders in your own church

8.       Show you how to warn the unruly, comfort the feeble minded, support the weak, and be patient towards ALL men

9.       Let you never render evil for evil

10.   Let you follow all that is good

Ask the Holy Spirit to:

Make you fellowship with the Father and His Son Jesus Christ always

Fill you with joy while you read the Word

Let you walk in the light with God

Cleanse you with the blood of Jesus Christ from all sin

Help you acknowledge that you were born a sinner (Confess all your sins to Him)

Forgive you all of your sins

Ask the Holy Spirit to:

Keep you away from sinning by God’s Word that you read daily

Help you remember that when you sin, you have an Advocate who takes your sins away

Make God known to you so that you are able to keep His commandments

Make you keep God’s Word so that His love can be perfected in you

Let you walk as Jesus Christ walked

Take away all darkness in your life and reveal His true light

Give you Unction from the Holy One, so that you may know all things concerning your life and ministry

Pour out an anointing on you that will teach you all things

Chapter3

Ask the Holy Spirit to:

Keep your hope in the Lord and purify you

Take away all your sins

Make you abide in God so that you will not sin

Make you do righteousness and make you righteous

Destroy the works of the devil working against your life

Make God’s seed remain in you

Let you not marvel when the world hates you

Show you how to lay down your life for the brethren just as Jesus Christ did

Make you compassionate towards people

Make you love not only in word and in tongue, but also in deed and in truth

Make you keep God’s commandments and do things that are pleasing in His sight

Chapter4

Ask the Holy Spirit to:

Make you overcome the things that are in the world

Give you the spirit of truth

Make you know God so that you are able to love just as He loves

Let you live your life through Jesus Christ

Dwell in you and perfect His love in you

Make you as He is, in this world

Give you love for your neighbor

Chapter5

Ask the Holy Spirit to:

Let you love God and help you keep His commandments

Make you be born of God so that you may overcome the world

Give you the gift of faith that will overcome this world

Let you believe everything that you read about Jesus in the Word

Give you eternal life, which is life with Jesus

Let you ask things according to God’s will always

Give you the confidence that God hears your prayers

Give you the courage to lovingly rebuke your brethren when they sin

Chapter 1

Ask the Holy Spirit to:

Make you ask things for your life according to God’s will

Keep you away from the friendship of the world

Make you humble so that you can receive God’s grace

Make you submit yourself to God and resist the Devil

Draw you closer to God

Cleanse your hands and purify your heart

Give you humility before the Lord

Make you not speak evil of other people

Keep you away from judging other people

Make you keep God’s will as the center of your life in your plans

Show you what good you can do, so that you don’t get lured into sin

Chapter 5

Ask the Holy Spirit to:

Keep you away from living in the pleasures of the world

Keep you heavenly minded

Disallow you to condemn the just and disallow you to kill people with your words, thoughts and actions

Keep you patient while you wait for the Lord’s coming

Give you patience in your walk with Christ

Establish your heart in God and wait earnestly for His coming

Remove all grudges you have against people and keep you away from grudging with others

Let you follow the example of Godly men and women in the bible who were patient during their afflictions

Let you endure in your walk with Christ until the end

Make you patient like Job

Be pitiful and merciful to you

Keep you from swearing upon anything but to let your yes be yes, and your no be no

Make you righteous

Keep you prayerful in afflictions

Give you courage to confess your sins and faults to other believers

Chapter 1

Ask the Holy Spirit to:

1)      Multiply the grace and peace of God in your life

2)      To keep you in the power of God through faith, ready to be revealed in the last days

3)      Keep you joyful when you go through manifold temptations, not giving in

4)      Make your tried faith be of honor and praise and glory at the appearing of Christ Jesus

5)      Make you believe and love Jesus more and more even though you have not seen Him

6)      Make you rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory

7)      Make you preach the gospel with the Holy Ghost

8)      Gird up the loins of your mind, keep you sober, and keep you hopeful until the end for the grace that is being brought at the revelation of Jesus Christ

Chapter 2

1. Ask the Holy Spirit to lay aside all malice, guile, hypocricy, envy and evil speaking in your life
2. Ask for the desire for the Word of God
3. Ask to taste more of the Lords grace in every area of your life where you need grace(Be specific which areas you want).
4. Ask the Holy Spirit to show you the way to offer spiritual scarifices to God, which are pure and acceptable to Him.
5. Ask the Holy Spirit to make you show forth God's praise in your generation, in your workplace, school. church, home.
6. Ask the Holy Spirit to make you abstain from fleshly lusts which war against your soul. Fleshly lusts are anything that opposes the Spirit, you know your own, lay them all down at His feet.
7. Ask the Holy spirit to make you honest in conversation, in your motives, in all that you do. 
8. Ask for the ability to submit to those who have authority over you, in the church, work, school, home, wherever.
9. Pray that you will do well so that you put to silence the ignorance of the foolish. Do well so that people having nothing to accuse you falsely about.
10. Ask for gentleness towards people, even those who mistreat you
11. Ask the Holy Spirit to make you honor all men, love people, and fear God.
12. Ask to be a follower of Christ, to follow His example in all that you do.
13. Ask to live unto righteousness moment by moment, day bay day.
14. Ask God to heal every mental, physical, spiritual, social sickness in you by the stripes of Jesus.

Chapter 3
Ask the Holy Spirit to:
1) Make you become submissive to your husband
2) Make you beautiful in the inside, give you a quiet and meek spirit
3) Follow Sarah's example and make you obey and do so well so that you can become Abraham's daughter
4) Make your husband dwell with you, give you honor as unto a weaker vessel, make you and your husband heirs together in grace
5) Make you have: One mind towards other believers, compassion, love for people, pitiful towards others and courteous
6) Make you not render evil for evil rather make you s blessing
7) Make you refrain your tongue from evil
8) Seek peace and pursue it
9) Make you righteous
10) Make you follow good
11) Take away all fear
12) Sanctify the Lord in your heart
13) Give you the wisdom and readiness to answer every man who questions your faith

Chapter4

Ask the Holy Spirit to:

1)      Arm you with this mind: that Christ suffered for you in the flesh

2)      Let you live your life to the will of God and not lusts of men

3)      Keep you away from walking in lasciviousness, lusts, excess of wine, reveling, banqueting, and abomible idolatries

4)      Let you live according to God in the Spirit

5)      Make you sober and always watch unto prayer

6)      Give you the gift of love above all things

7)      Make you minister to others with the gifts you have received

8)      Make you use hospitality to others without grudging

9)      Make you speak the oracles of God whenever you open your mouth to speak

10)   Make you minister with the ability that God gives

11)   Keep you joyful in trials

12)   Make His spirit rest upon you

13)   Make you commit your soul to well doing, and to God- your Faithful Creator.

Chapter5

Ask the Holy Spirit to:

1)      Make you a witness of Christ suffering

2)      Make you a partaker of the glory that shall be revealed

3)      Feed His people that He places in your care with the Truth

4)      Make you submit yourself unto the elders

5)      Clothe you with humility

6)      Make you humble yourself under the mighty hand of the Lord

7)      Show you all the cares and worries that you need to cast upon the Lord, and lay them before His feet

8)      Keep you sober and vigilant at all times

9)      Make you steadfast in the faith

10)    Pray for all Christians facing temptation, especially the ones you battle with

11)    Make you perfect after every test you and trial you face. To establish and settle you, not easily shaken.
